What is the difference between a Complaint and an Enquiry?

A Complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction made to or about ATCO related to its products, services, staff or the handling of a complaint.

Positive Feedback applies when you are submitting a compliment or approval for ATCO's products, services, or staff members.

An Enquiry is a request for information about a product or service provided by ATCO that does not reflect dissatisfaction.


Locating your Invoice Number
You can locate your Invoice Number on the top-right side of the ATCO invoice.
It is a 10 digit number starting with 1800.
